Site Foreman
Based in Cork with travel required between multiple sites.

Insulex specialises in retrofit and construction works including insulation, windows and doors, heat pumps, solar installations, and general building works.
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Site Foreman to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple active sites and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate site staff and subcontractors
- Travel between sites to monitor progress and quality of work
- Ensure works are completed in line with schedules and company standards
- Maintain high standards of health and safety on all sites
- Carry out site inspections and identify any issues requiring attention
- Liaise with management regarding project progress, labour requirements, and material needs
- Ensure staff follow company procedures and use PPE correctly
- Coordinate deliveries and site logistics
- Assist with planning and organising works to minimise delays
- Ensure good housekeeping and professional presentation on sites
- Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Requirements
- Construction Experience
- Strong knowledge of construction practices and site management
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
- Full clean driving licence required
- Safe Pass required

Working Hours

Pay: €45,000.00-€55,000.00 per year
