The purpose of this role is to provide high-quality service to Tanner Pharma customers. The Customer Advocate serves as the primary point of contact with Tannercustomers, pharmacists, and physicians. This roleis required to work closely and constructively with key internal stakeholders within Tanner to deliver consistently high standards of service to Tanner’s customers and facilitate clear and regular communication.
Role Accountabilities
Expected Responsibilities for the Pharmaceuticals Customer Advocate are:
Customer Service
- New customeraccount creation.
- Provide information to customers on country-specific and program-specific requirements
- Resolve simplecustomer problems and analyze customerservice needs
- Liaise with ProgramManagers, Logistics, Quality, and management teams as required to provide the best customerexperience possible. Serve as liaisonbetween customers and the internal key stakeholders within Tanner.
- Receive and processincoming telephone calls,e-mails, and faxeson time.
- Provide quotes to customers for products and services.
- Communicate program-specific requirements to customers, physicians, and pharmacists.
- Ensure orders &enquiries are processed promptly.
- Place vendor PurchaseOrders, liaise with the supplieras needed, and proactively follow up with the supplier on any issues or delays.
- Process order invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with TannerLogistics for shipping, ensuring all requireddocumentation is available.
- Track and ensure that each deliveryis timely and close out each shippingtask with Proof of Delivery; proactively communicate with customers about delays and issues related to shipments.
- Support TannerProgram Managers with data collection activities
- Respond to customerenquiries regarding orders,service needs, productcomplaints, customer accounts, deliveries and back orders or triage as appropriate.
- ensure high standards of accuracy from quotation requestto order receiptto final delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile & Capabilities
Required:
- Demonstrated experience in a customer service role, with the advantage of working in healthcare (Pharmaceuticals or Allied Services a big advantage)
- Based in Cork, Ireland
- One additional European language preferred (German, Spanish, Italian or French)

- Communication: Able to communicate in a clear, appropriate, effective, and efficient manner in various situations (1:1 or group settings, verbal& written) Works well with a team to achieve a common goal.

- Detail-Oriented: Ability to accomplish/complete tasks while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small.
