The Role
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about customer experience and operational rigor, working with broad network of partners and delivering great customer service, to create the highest level of efficiency and engagement possible within the TA organization.
Responsible to execute, maintain and support day-to day operation, programs, and new processes. They administer the recruitment process in Workday and other technologies, own the candidate communication funnel from interview to onboarding, audit our systems to find source of bad data, and support on projects designed to improve the tech or operations systems.
They work with moderate supervision and their work is reviewed for accuracy. This role will partner directly with key stakeholders including recruiters, candidate, hiring manager, Human resources information system (HRIS), Information technology, immigration, compensation, and legal.
Key Responsibilities
- Support 5 to 8 talent advisors to move and guide candidate through the recruitment process:
- Interview management (scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, etc.), offer letter management, candidate communication of next steps, initiating and monitoring background checks, immigration/sponsorship process, relocation process, booking travel for candidate interviews.
- Manage and resolve escalations from candidate.
- Administrative tasks are rotated between individuals in TA Operations and may include but is not limited to:
- Contractor conversion
- Relocation Management
- Ad hoc reporting requests
- Participate in completing testing for process automation, improvements, M&A.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or administration or related fields.
- Intermediate Excel Skills.
- The incumbent of this position will provide daily support to internal and/or external clients outside Quebec and/or in the United States. Therefore, he/she must be proficient in spoken and written English. Please note that the number of positions requiring English language skills has been limited where possible.
Additional Preferred Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with Workday recruiting platform, scheduling software, customer relationship management system (CRM), and employee onboarding software.

The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations.In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
