Job Title: Swim Instructor (8am - 4pm, Monday - Friday)

About the role:
Are you an enthusiastic, confident swim instructor who creates calm, confident swimmers? Do you thrive on building rapport quickly and helping people of all capabilities? If so, we’d love you to join our team.
We are seeking a qualified Swim Instructor for a key global tech client, who can lead group and one-to-one lessons with energy, empathy and strong technical coaching. You will deliver structured sessions that develop technique, water confidence and swimming fitness while ensuring every participant feels included and supported.
Key responsibilities:
Plan and deliver safe, engaging swim lessons for mixed-ability groups, adapting progressions to individual needs
Provide clear technical instruction, demonstrations and constructive feedback to help swimmers improve technique and confidence
Maintain a calm, welcoming environment, ensuring all participants feel seen, heard and valued
Manage poolside safety, adhere to venue policies and work closely with lifeguard colleagues to maintain high standards
Support aqua aerobics classes
Encourage community and progression by celebrating achievements, promoting additional sessions and supporting retention
Prepare session plans, equipment and poolside briefing notes; keep accurate attendance and progress records
What you will bring:
Must hold a valid RLSS / Irish Water Safety Lifeguard Certification and swimming teacher certification at the time of application
Valid CPR / First Aid
Aqua Aerobics experience
Experience delivering both group and one-to-one lessons with demonstrable positive outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, a calm presence and the ability to build rapport quickly across diverse groups.
Flexible, punctual and professional with strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and inclusion.
