Full job description

We are recruiting an accounts / office assistant to join our finance team at our head office in Cashel, Co. Tipperary.

This is a hands on role in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations both within the accounts department and the greater office environment.

You will have an excellent telephone manner, an exceptional level of attention to detail and a high level of of IT proficiency.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the Irish VAT system to include Intrastat and VIES returns, financing and general bookkeeping / accountancy knowledge.

While working in a similar industry operation is desirable it is not essential as full training in all aspects of the role will be provided.

A positive, can do attitude and willingness to learn is much more important.

The ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and collaborate with the team in the finance and other departments as required.

Full-time position ( candidates must be available to work minimum 32 hours, ) and the position will be on-site.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: €17.00-€20.00 per hour
