Join Our Team at JSF – Experienced Excavator Drivers & Groundworkers Wanted

Our Story:

JSF Construction are an established residential contractor based mainly in the Tipperary area and due to continued growth in our business we have exciting opportunities for the ideal candidates

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking experienced Excavator Drivers and Groundworkers to join our team for upcoming and ongoing residential projects based in Tipperary. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in site works, trenching, ducting, and concrete work, and must hold the necessary qualifications and safety training.

You will be joining a team working on exciting and varied residential projects throughout the Tipperary area. These roles are full-time and offer long-term career opportunities with a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery safely and efficiently in line with project requirements (Excavator Drivers).
Carry out groundworks including ducting, drainage, concrete works, and general site preparation (Groundworkers).
Follow instructions from site supervisors and work collaboratively with the wider site team.
Adhere to health and safety standards and company policies at all times.
Maintain equipment and report any issues promptly.
Support with general labouring and site duties as required.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar role on civil or construction projects.
Valid tickets for relevant plant/machinery (e.g., CSCS, Safe Pass, Manual Handling).
Strong understanding of site safety procedures.

Ability to work as part of a team with a proactive and reliable attitude.
