Chapter 24 gastropub are looking for you to join Our Food & Beverage Team as a Bartender!

Are you a creative and service-oriented professional eager to craft memorable experiences for guests? Our Food & Beverage Team is seeking a passionate Bartender to deliver exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks.

Your Role:

As a Bartender, you will be at the heart of our guest experience, creating unique drinks and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Success in this role requires a flair for mixology, attention to detail, and top-notch customer service.

What We're Looking For:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of previous bar experience is essential; five-star hospitality experience is an advantage.
Customer Service: Passionate about delivering outstanding service with a smile.
Mixology Skills: Confident in preparing both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes.
Organisational Abilities: Keeps the bar clean, stocked, and ready for service.
Problem-Solving: Able to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Compliance: Must be over 18 years old and ensure adherence to alcohol and tobacco regulations.
Positive Attitude: Can-do mindset with a team-player spirit.
Flexibility: Available to work varying schedules, including evenings and weekends
