We are currently seeking a Leisure Club Supervisor to join the team at Charleville Park Hotel.

The Role:A Leisure Centre Supervisor you will be responsible for overseeing staff, maintaining the facility, and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our members & Guests.

The Person: We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual with a passion for health and fitness. The ideal candidate will be a team player, possess excellent communication skills, and be dedicated to creating a positive experience for our guests.

The Hotel:

Situated in North Cork, on the Limerick boarder, Charleville Park is one of Cork’s finest four-star hotels. Boasting 91 bedrooms and suites, extensive leisure facilities, ample free car parking on site, and complimentary high speed WIFI, Charleville Park Hotel is your ideal base for your next getaway. Our spacious, well-appointed rooms are designed to accommodate families of all sizes, ensuring everyone enjoys a comfortable stay. We also welcome furry friends, as we are proud to be a pet-friendly and dog-friendly establishment.

Key Responsibilities include:

Support the leisure centre manager with employee training and development, employee engagement and any HR issues.
Maintain a high level of customer service by assisting members & guests addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure that the facility is clean, well-maintained, and presents a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a in a leisure centre or similar facility.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Nationally recognised Fitness Instructor Qualification/Swim qualification
