HR Admin - Full time - Permanent

Shercock, County Cavan

Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

We’re looking for an organised, approachable and detail focused HR Administrator to join our friendly team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, and wants to play a key role in supporting employees, managers and day-to-day HR activity across the site.

About the Role

As HR Administrator, you will provide practical and efficient administrative support across a broad range of HR activities. You will help keep employee records accurate and up to date, support key HR processes and act as a helpful point of contact for colleagues and managers.

What You’ll Be Doing

Providing comprehensive HR administration support across the site.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring documentation is kept up to date.
Working with the payroll team to ensure relevant employee changes are processed accurately.
Managing the HR Inbox and dealing with day-to-day queries.

About You

You will be a confident and dependable administrator with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in supporting people. You will enjoy working in a busy environment, balancing multiple priorities and communicating clearly with a range of stakeholders.

Previous experience in HR administration.
Good understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with confidential information.
Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A positive, helpful and professional approach.
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a supportive team environment.
Experience working in a fast-paced, FMCG environment would be an advantage.

Please note, this role is based in Shercock, County Cavan and you will need your own transport to reach the site as there are limited public transport options.
