This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can balance day-to-day operational oversight with team management
Duties & Responsibilities
- Overseeing all warehouse operations including goods inwards, good outwards, location management etc
- Managing and supervising warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance
- Receiving, verifying, and processing supplier deliveries accurately
- Operating and overseeing the safe use of forklifts and other warehouse equipment
- Maintaining stock accuracy through regular inventory checks and inventory management system
- Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety regulations
- Liaising with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
- Implementing stock locations in our warehouse, adding locations to our system and keeping up to date
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone.
- Handle returns, refunds, and customer service issues in a professional manner
- Ensure a positive customer shopping experience from order placement through to delivery
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role is essential
- Valid forklift licence (desirable)
- Strong understanding of stock control and inventory management
- Good working knowledge of health & safety regulations in a warehouse environment
- Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team

Pay: €27,000.00-€67,422.20 per year
