Role/Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of all beverage outlets, ensuring smooth service, consistent quality, and an exceptional guest experience at all times.
- Oversee stock control procedures including ordering, receiving deliveries, inventory management, wastage reduction, and supplier negotiations to maintain profitability and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bar staff, ensuring team members are knowledgeable in cocktails, wines, spirits, and customer service standards.
- Develop innovative beverage menus and seasonal promotions while monitoring market trends, pricing strategies, and sales performance to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Ensure all beverage operations comply with licensing laws, HACCP standards, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Work closely with senior management to achieve financial targets through cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and weekly reporting on beverage sales and margins.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and brand representatives to secure competitive pricing, product availability, and promotional support.
