Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our team and provide payroll, financial and administrative support across our Community Childcare Services and Community Development Project.

The successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our services, with responsibility for weekly payroll, financial records, invoices and payments, bank reconciliations, income and expenditure, parent fees, banking and financial reporting.

You will also provide general administrative support to management and staff, maintain confidential staff records and assist with budgets and financial monitoring.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Experienced in payroll and financial accounts/bookkeeping
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality
Experienced in a similar administration or finance role

Desirable: Experience with payroll/accounting software, and experience within childcare, community or not-for-profit organisations. A relevant qualification in accounting, payroll, business administration or a related area would also be an advantage.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing community childcare organisation and play a key role in supporting our services and staff team.

Pay: €17.00-€20.00 per hour
