Job Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic Customer Onboarding Executive to join our growing team at ClubSpot. In this role, you will play a crucial part in integrating new clients and providing continuous support to enhance their experience from the initial sale through to successful implementation.
This position is perfect for problem solvers who enjoy interacting directly with customers and are committed to delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Onboarding & Transition
- Lead the Journey: Own the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers, overseeing setup from billing to app and portal launches across multiple platforms.
- Migration Management: Smoothly transition clubs from competitor platforms to ClubSpot, ensuring minimal disruption and maximising ease of adoption.
- Implementation: Serve as the go-to resource for all implementation-related support needs, enhancing platform utility from day one.
2. Training & Development
- Education: Design and deliver personalised training sessions and onboarding materials, both virtually and in-person, to ensure client success.
- Content Creation: Craft clear FAQs, webinars, and support documents that promote self-service and empower club administrators.
3. Technical Support & Knowledge Management
- Product Expertise: Master our club management software to effectively address technical issues and customer inquiries via phone and email.
- Knowledge Base: Create and maintain an extensive internal and external knowledge base to streamline the support journey.
- Feedback Loop: Continuously gather user feedback to guide and inform future enhancements to our products and services.
4. Administrative & Process Improvement
- Operations: Undertake general office administrative duties to support daily operations and team coordination.
- Optimisation: Proactively identify opportunities for process optimisation to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, IT, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders and simplifying technical info for non-technical users.
- Problem Solving: A proactive approach to troubleshooting with a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Technical Aptitude: Technologically adept, with a proven ability to swiftly learn new software.
- Logistics: Full Driving Licence (required) and valid Irish Work Authorisation.
- Flexibility: Willingness to provide on-call weekend support when necessary to support our clients' peak activity times.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- A keen interest in or knowledge of amateur sports club management.
- Prior experience in customer success, particularly within a SaaS or tech startup environment.
- Experience with software tools such as HubSpot and Intercom.
