Electrical Apprentice (2nd or 3rd Year)

AO Electrical and Solar is currently seeking a motivated and reliable 2nd or 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice to join our growing team.

Location: Cavan/Midlands Region Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Role

The successful candidate will work alongside qualified electricians on a variety of residential and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience while continuing your electrical apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

Assisting qualified electricians with installation, maintenance, and testing of electrical systems.
Wiring and installation of domestic and commercial electrical services.
Fault finding and troubleshooting under supervision.
Ensuring all work is carried out safely and in accordance with current regulations.
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Working effectively as part of a team and independently when required.

Requirements

Registered 2nd or 3rd Year Electrical Apprentice.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Full clean driving licence preferred but not essential.
Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification desirable.
Ability to work on a variety of projects and locations.
