Due to the continued growth and expansion of our service, Frenchpark & Districts Childcare CLG is seeking a passionate and dedicatedEarly Years Educator to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role
The successful candidate will work as part of our Early Years team to provide high-quality care and education for children, supporting their learning, development and wellbeing through meaningful play and positive relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of a play-based curriculum that meets the individual needs of children.
- Work collaboratively with Room Leaders and colleagues to maintain a safe, inclusive and well-organised environment.
- Support observation, planning and documentation processes.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with Childcare (Pre-School Services) Regulations 2016
- Promote children's welfare, development and wellbeing at all times
- Work in partnership with parents, families and external agencies as required
- Engage in ongoing professional development, supervision and team meetings.

Essential Requirements
- Minimum QQI Level 5 qualification in Early Childhood Care & Education (or equivalent)
- Garda Vetting (and Police Clearance where applicable)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, proactive and flexible approach to work
