Job Title: Operations & Fulfilment Associate

We are looking for an Operations & Fulfilment Associate to join our team, supporting leadership across e-commerce fulfilment, logistics, and general operations.
Role Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys variety in their day-to-day work. You will be a key team member, ensuring smooth administrative processes, fulfilling e-commerce orders, managing logistics, and supporting basic tasks. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring we deliver on the promises made by our passionate marketing team and provide outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support
- Provide general office administration support to the leadership team.
- Assist with data entry, internal communications, and reporting.
- Handle phone and email correspondence professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and documents related to operations and orders.
E-commerce & Customer Service
- Fulfil, pack, and ship Shopify orders with efficiency and care.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and product issues via phone and email.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience by liaising with fulfilment and marketing teams.
Logistics & Procurement
- Monitor stock levels and highlight necessary orders using internal systems.
- Support the building of assemblies where necessary
- Work with leadership to place raw material and packaging orders.
- Track orders to completion, ensuring timely delivery from suppliers.
- Liaise with suppliers for quotes, delivery schedules, and inventory restocks.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience & Skills:
- Prior experience in admin, e-commerce, or logistics is a plus but not required – we’re happy to train the right person!
- Customer service experience (phone/email support) is beneficial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and willingness to learn new systems.
Personal Attributes:
- A proactive, can-do attitude – this role suits someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting stuck in.
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner – you'll be interacting with customers and suppliers.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable – no two days will be the same in this evolving role.

- Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up where priorities can shift quickly.

- Wages starting at €14.15 Per Hour
- Full-time, office-based role (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM).

This role is based in Castlebar Co Mayo and is office based and cannot be done remotely so please only apply if that works for you.
Pay: €14.15-€19.00 per hour
