Full job description

Early Years Educator / Room Leader

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Deliver and maintain high-quality care that stimulates children and supports each child’s personal development.
Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to staff members within the room.
Lead and deliver the curriculum and educational programme for the children in your care.
Lead the preparation of materials and equipment to support children’s learning and development.
Reinforce company policies and procedures at all times.
Have a genuine passion for working with children and thrive within a team environment.
Truly enjoy the company of children, with fun, warmth, and happiness at the centre of everything we do.
Be kind, caring, compassionate, and fair.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and fluency in both spoken and written English.
Be self-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a team.
Be flexible, reliable, and dedicated.
Have a keen interest in learning and ongoing professional development, which is highly valued within our service.

Start Date

The position will commence on Wednesday, 26th August 2026.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €17.00-€20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39.0 per week
