CNC Machinist required to work at Tremora Ltd, trading as ECO Timber Systems, located at Unit 16, Carrigaline Industrial Estate, Carrigaline, Co. Cork, P43 YY24.
Must have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role. Duties are:
1. Setting up, operating and monitoring CNC machinery to produce components to engineering drawings and specifications;
2. Preparing and loading raw materials into CNC machines;
3. Reading and interpreting technical drawings, plans and machining specifications;
4. Editing CNC programmes for minor adjustments where required;
5. Machining components to a high level of precision and tolerance;
6. Carrying out quality inspections using measuring and inspection equipment and recording results in accordance with company procedures;
7. Troubleshooting machining issues and making adjustments to maintain production quality;
8. Performing routine preventative maintenance and reporting equipment faults or defects promptly;
9. Finishing, labelling and preparing completed parts for the next stage of production;
10. Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety standards and company procedures.
Salary: €37,544 per annum.
Hours: 40 per week.
