Site Manager- Boyle is part of the Corrib Oil group, one of Ireland's fastest growing forecourt retailers. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Store Manager based in our store. The successful candidate should have managerial experience within the high volume convenience retail industry, preferably in a forecourt environment.

Responsibilities of the Store Manager
- To drive sales, service, productivity and maintain excellent standards throughout the store.
- To liaise regularly with your operations Manager.
- To achieve targets with the management team and staff in order to reach maximum sales while ensuring direct costs and labour costs are controlled.
- To ensure that the store’s management team are trained appropriately and to the highest standard.
- Be responsible for the staffing levels in your store.
- Develop members of staff and the management team through the use of Appraisals, Training and Promotion.
- To ensure that merchandising and presentation of store is of the highest standard at all times.
- To ensure that you are up to date on all Health & Safety, HACCP and other legal requirements and implement these within the store.

- Excellent operational knowledge of retail environment

- The ability to work in a pressurised environment
