About us:
From our family-run organic farm and processing facility, we supply premium organic meat directly to customers right across the island of Ireland through our rapidly growing online shop and the busy farmers markets we attend weekly throughout Dublin, Carlow and Kilkenny.
We process:
- Organic Beef & Lamb from our own organic farm
- Organic Chicken & Organic Pork from carefully selected partner organic farms
- Organic Turkeys & Free Range Ducks during the Christmas season
The Role:
We are currently seeking a full-time Butcher / Boner to join our growing team.
This is a varied and rewarding role involving a mixture of:
Factory & Production Work, aswell as Farmers Market & Customer Sales Work
- Boning pork, lamb and chicken
- Beef trimming
- Sausage making
- Curing & smoking
- Slicing & packing
- General meat preparation and processing duties
- Selling our products at selected farmers markets in Dublin and Kilkenny where required.
This role would suit someone who enjoys both hands-on production work and interacting with customers.

✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
✔ Passionate about quality food and organic farming
Advantageous Experience
- Previous butcher or boning experience
- Van driving experience
- Farmers market or retail sales experience
Own transport is essential as we are located in a rural area with no public transport available.
