The Role
As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of our Carlow location.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on people, performance, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and lead the store team
Create a positive, respectful, and high-performing work environment
Deliver excellent customer service and consistent food quality
Manage store KPIs including sales, labour, food cost, and waste
Plan and manage rotas in line with business needs
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and company procedures are followed
Maintain high operational standards on every shift
Act as the main point of responsibility for the store

What We’re Looking For

Experience in hospitality management or a similar leadership role
Strong people management and communication skills
Ability to lead by example and stay calm under pressure
Organised, reliable, and commercially aware
Comfortable taking ownership and accountability for results
