Responsibilities

Responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
- Supervise Conference & Events operations.
- Knowledge of menu content, menu changes, and promotional activities.
- Ensure all Team Members are impeccably presented and adhere to the correct uniform standards.
- Evaluate the performance of the Team ensuring the highest standards of service are always given.
- Set-up of the functions/events in accordance with the pre-determined standards of the operation.
- Ensure the Conference & Events areas are kept clean and tidy.
- Assist management with training of team members.
- Ability to multitask and take on extra responsibilities when required.
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
- Must be flexible and willing to work in other F&B Departments when required to meet the needs of the business.
- To actively train and develop the team and ensure all team members are fully signed off on all SOP training.
- To be proactive and give input into events and improvements within the department.
- To assist management with staff appraisals, disciplinaries and interviews.
- To be available for a variety of shifts, including early, late and weekends.
