The Lake of Shadows Hotel are currently recruiting for a Night Porter to join their team.

To always ensure a high level of security.
Responsible for the cleaning of areas in the hotel including, but not restricted to lobby, stairways, restaurant and bar floor, public and staff areas and the function room floor.
Responsible for cleaning other areas as directed by manager on duty and as per nightly checklist which may include set up of function rooms, breakfast area etc.
Responsible for the front entrance and outside of the hotel and ensure that it is always clean and tidy. This includes emptying bins, picking up rubbish etc.
Handling guest queries.
To have a full understanding of the hotels’ fire procedures to always ensure safety of all staff and guests.
Bar service in resident’s bar.
To ensure safety for the guests in the hotel while on duty.
