About Us

Bluewall Technologies is an industry leader in Parking and Security solutions throughout Ireland.

Due to significant growth in the business, we are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Book Keeper to join the team.

This is an opportunity for an ambitious professional to join the management team of a growing business and become a core member of the senior management team.

Your Role

We’re hiring a Senior Bookkeeper to take charge of our day‑to‑day finance operations in a busy environment. If you love accuracy, thrive on deadlines, and enjoy supporting project teams, this role is for you.

You will work closely with the Managing Director and other members of the management team to provide financial and operational monitoring and controls on business activities, including reports, analysis and recommendations.

Creditors

· Weekly matching of deliver dockets to invoices

· Processing supplier invoices to Sage

· Requesting of any missing PO’s

· Analysing credit cards and processing to appropriate accounts

· Monthly creditors reconciliations

· Dealing with suppliers

· preparation of creditors payments list

Debtors

· Processing of sales invoices

· Issue monthly statements

· Dealing with queries

· Monitor aged debtors report

· Liaise with debt collection contractor (credit control / collections is outsourced)

· Banks/Cash

· Processing of bank payments to supplier & nominal ledger

· processing of bank receipts to the debtors and nominal ledger

· bank reconciliation

Various

· Maintain nominal ledger

· VAT returns

· Intrastat

· Lease agreements

About You

Experience: Bookkeeping: 5+ Years
