Role Overview
This HR Consultant role is a mid-to-senior level position focused on employee relations and manager advisory support within a complex, fast-paced environment. The role involves coaching managers on challenging people situations such as performance issues, wellbeing concerns, and organisational changes, while also leading or supporting the resolution of sensitive workplace matters in partnership with HR and Legal teams. The consultant will play a key role in identifying trends in employee relations, mitigating risks, and contributing to the design and delivery of HR programmes that strengthen leadership capability and workplace culture. Strong expertise in employee relations and knowledge of Ireland employment law are essential to succeed in this role.

Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable)
Strong Employee Relations (ER) expertise
Solid knowledge of Ireland employment law
Experience coaching and advising managers directly
Ability to manage complex and high-risk situations independently
Strong stakeholder management
Experience working in a consultative HR role
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
High level of confidentiality and judgement
Experience Level Guidance:
Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years HR/business process experience
OR Master’s degree + 3+ years relevant experience
OR equivalent practical experience
Additional Details:
Location: Hybrid (2-3 days in office, Dublin, DUB05)
Duration: 12 months
Shift Timings: Monday – Friday (Business Hours)
Pay Range: €298 - €315 /day (PAYE)
Weekly Schedule: 40 hours
