Full job description

Supervising Pharmacist – Full Time

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, patient-focused Supervising Pharmacist to join our busy and progressive pharmacy team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated pharmacist who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer care and leading a strong dispensary team in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy
Ensure the safe and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
Provide professional healthcare advice and patient counselling
Lead, mentor, and support pharmacy staff
Maintain PSI and regulatory compliance standards
Deliver high standards of customer service and patient care
Drive professional services and community healthcare initiatives

Requirements

Registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
Minimum experience requirements as per PSI regulations
Strong communication and leadership skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Ability to work effectively within a team-focused environment
Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
