We’re a small, growing engineering and fabrication business working mainly in the agricultural and construction sectors. We specialise in farm buildings, steel fabrication, and concrete work including yards, shuttering, and floors.
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on General Operative to join our team and help with both workshop fabrication and on-site work.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with the fabrication and assembly of steel structures.
- Helping to erect farm buildings on-site.
- Supporting concrete work: shuttering, pouring, finishing.
- Operating tools and machinery (training can be provided).
- General labouring and site support.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in construction, fabrication, or farm work (preferred but not essential).
- A good work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
- Full driving licence (preferred).
- Teleporter or machinery tickets (a bonus).
