Full job description

The Human Resources Coordinator will provide professional, confidential and highly organised support across the full employee lifecycle for American Fruits and Flavors Ireland DAC.
Working closely with the HR EMEA team, the role will support recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, training coordination, employee communications, payroll-related documentation, compliance tracking, employee relations administration and offboarding.
The successful candidate will be a key point of contact for managers, employees and candidates, helping to ensure HR processes are delivered accurately, consistently and in line with company policies and employment legislation.
This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, discretion when handling sensitive information and a proactive approach to supporting a positive employee experience.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline is desirable; CIPD qualification or working towards same would be an advantage.
Strong organisational, administrative and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities accurately and efficiently.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage professionally with employees, managers, candidates and external providers.
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an HR administration, HR coordination or similar people-support role is preferred.
Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
Experience using HR systems, applicant tracking systems, employee databases or other business administration systems would be an advantage.
High level of confidentiality, accuracy and attention to detail when handling employee data and sensitive HR matters.
A proactive, approachable and service-focused attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider HR and management team.
