General Summary:
Core Responsibilities
Agent Architecture & Design: Design system architecture that breaks high-level user goals into executable, autonomous steps.
API & Tool Integration: Connect AI models to external services, databases, and APIs so agents can actively manipulate data and perform actions.
Prompt Engineering & Reasoning: Craft system prompts, chain-of-thought pathways, and function-calling logic to guide agent decision-making and tool usage.
Memory & State Management: Implement short-term and long-term memory systems so agents maintain context across conversations and workflows.
Monitoring & Guardrails: Monitor agent behavior in production, define safety guardrails, and implement error handling and human-in-the-loop workflows for critical tasks.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
AI Frameworks: Familiarity with frameworks used to orchestrate agents and chains (e.g., LangChain).
LLM Competency: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), tokenization, embeddings, and API capabilities.
System Integrations: Experience with RESTful APIs, vector databases, and semantic search.
Infrastructure: Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying and scaling intelligent applications.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 2+ years of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
OR
Master's degree in Science, Engineering, or related field and 1+ year of ASIC design, verification, validation, integration, or related work experience.
OR
PhD in Science, Engineering, or related field.
