Full job description

We at Tyre Specialist Centre require an enthusiastic tyre fitter to join our team in Portnason, Ballyshannon. The available post involves manual labour in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be mechanically-inclined, have a full, clean driver’s licence and have some tyre fitting experience. All employees will be expected to work well in a team and be able to use their own initiative.

Key Tasks Required:

Repairing and replacing customer's tyres.
Wheel alignment.
Replacing wheels using the torque wrench to achieve final tightening of wheel nuts
Undertaking full inspection before hand-over to customer
Using materials, parts and equipment in an efficient manner
Full compliance with all safety procedures
Adhering fully to the Company's operations manual
Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
Understand and adhere to all the Company policies and procedures/operations manual

Essential Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Full Clean Driving Licence essential

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €14.50-€18.00 per hour
