Full job description

We are seeking a talented, driven, and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in digital marketing, a strong creative mindset, excellent adaptability, and a passion for staying ahead of emerging digital trends.

This role requires someone who can develop, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
Develop engaging and creative content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and marketing materials.
Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
Manage and grow the company's social media presence through innovative and trend-driven strategies.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, emerging technologies, and consumer behaviour.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and campaign delivery.
Analyse website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign metrics using analytics tools.
Support lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
Assist with the creation of visual marketing assets using Adobe Photoshop.

Requirements

3+ years' experience in digital marketing.
Strong creative thinking, content creation, and storytelling skills.
Excellent knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media management platforms, and email marketing software.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, technologies, and market trends.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, organisational, and project management abilities.
Clear understanding of current digital, social media, and consumer trends.
Videography and content production experience for social media, digital campaigns, and promotional content.
Experience creating short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Must be eligable to work in Ireland.

Essential Qualifications
