This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who can balance day-to-day operational oversight with team management

Duties & Responsibilities

Overseeing all warehouse operations including goods inwards, good outwards, location management etc
Managing and supervising warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance
Receiving, verifying, and processing supplier deliveries accurately
Operating and overseeing the safe use of forklifts and other warehouse equipment
Maintaining stock accuracy through regular inventory checks and inventory management system
Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and compliant with health & safety regulations
Liaising with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics issues
Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors
Implementing stock locations in our warehouse, adding locations to our system and keeping up to date
Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone.
Handle returns, refunds, and customer service issues in a professional manner
Ensure a positive customer shopping experience from order placement through to delivery
Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements

Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or management role is essential
Valid forklift licence (desirable)
Strong understanding of stock control and inventory management
Good working knowledge of health & safety regulations in a warehouse environment
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team

Pay: €27,000.00-€67,422.20 per year
