We are recruiting for a Back of House and Public Area Attendant to provide quality service to our guests and ensure the cleanliness of all rooms and areas in a timely manner,in line with the Forbes Five Star standards and The Red Carnation Hotels standards.

Key Responsibilities as a Back of House and Public Area Attendant:

To clean all public areas in the hotel.
To maintain the cleanliness and good order of guest and staff areas by cleaning them daily and deep cleaning per schedule.
To greet all guests and staff courteously and to respond immediately upon guests’ requests.
To report immediately any malfunctioning equipment and all maintenance issues to the supervisor and/or engineer on duty.

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks thoroughly.
Comfortable working independently with positive attitude.
Professional appearance,friendly and respectful when interacting with guests and staff.
Willingness to work flexible shifts,including weekends and holidays.
Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
