Join the Brusna Team

Brusna Energy Solutions are currently seeking a motivated, organised and reliable individual to join our team in an office-based Project Scheduler & Administrator role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling retrofit and insulation projects, coordinating installers, liaising with customers and supporting the day-to-day administration of our office.

The Role

You will help keep our projects running smoothly by coordinating schedules, installers, customers and office administration.

Key Responsibilities

Scheduling and coordinating insulation and retrofit projects.
Managing installer diaries and work schedules.
Liaising with customers, installers, contractors and suppliers.
Keeping project records and paperwork up to date.
Handling customer enquiries by phone and email.
Supporting general office and administrative duties.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in administration, scheduling or coordination.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach.
Construction or retrofit experience is an advantage but not essential.
