Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement: Welcome visitors to the showroom, understand their renovation needs, and guide them through our product ranges.
Sales Support: Assist customers in choosing the perfect tiles, flooring, and bathroom fixtures, providing accurate pricing and product information.
Showroom Presentation: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom to ensure an excellent first impression.
Order Processing: Handle customer inquiries, create quotes, and process orders through our point-of-sale system.
What We Are Looking For
A welcoming, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
Strong communication skills and a desire to help people.
A keen eye for detail or an interest in home interior design (experience is a bonus, but not required!).
Reliability and flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends.
