Full job description

Connacht Cleaning are looking for an experienced Office Administrator to join our team in Charlestown, Co. Mayo. A minimum of 1-2 years’ proven experience working in a similar role is essential. We are looking for a detail oriented and organised person to assist with day to day office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage main desk activities, including answering phone calls, emails, and respond to customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
Schedule meetings and appointments; manage calendars
Maintain and update customer records and job schedules
Assist with quotations and invoicing (as applicable)
Support HR tasks such as onboarding new staff and records management
Organise marketing campaigns for various targeted sectors.
Assist in preparation of documents for ISO and Contract Procurement, as assigned
Organise and maintain filing systems (physical and digital)

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role (Minimum 1-2 years – references required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
