Sales Negotiator / Property Advisor

Smith Property is seeking an ambitious, polished and commercially minded Sales Negotiator / Property Advisor to join our growing Bailieborough office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated property professional who wants to develop a long-term career within a progressive multi-office property business.

We are not looking for someone simply to conduct viewings.
We are seeking a future fee generator and relationship builder who can contribute to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct residential property viewings
Generate and convert new business opportunities
Build and maintain strong local relationships
Manage buyer and vendor enquiries professionally
Assist with valuations and market appraisals
Negotiate sales effectively
Progress sales through to completion
Maintain high standards of communication and customer service
Support marketing and promotional activity
Contribute positively to office revenue growth
Weekend work as part of the role

Ideal Candidate

A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
Confident dealing with vendors, buyers and the public

Essential Requirements

PSRA licence essential (A,B,C)
Full clean driving licence essential
Own transport essential
Strong communication and marketing ability
Professional presentation and manner
Flexibility to work weekends
Good local knowledge advantageous
Previous property experience preferred
