We are hiring a B2B Field Sales Representative to extend the company's out reach to it's current and potential customers.
So what does that mean for you - Your Responsibilities?
- Achieve and exceed sales
- Reach out, meet existing & potential customers on behalf of VANITII
- Deliver exceptional customer Service as the face of VANITII
- Actively listen and understand customers’ needs in order to achieve targets
- Provide our customers with the right solution that meets their needs
Requirements for a successful Field Sales Representative application:
- Full clean EU manual driving license is essential - An automatic license is not sufficient for this position
- Stamina to be in a van for long hours on the road seeing customers everyday
- Strength to lift heavy furniture *occasionally*
- Target driven, with a strong sales focus and desire to exceed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Assertive, confident, competitive, and energetic
- Ultimately self-motivated and able to push through rejection to deliver sales KPIs
- Competitive individual with the ability to work both independently and as part of team
- Excellence in the English Language – written and spoken
- Knowledge of furniture retail industry is a plus
- Previous door-to-door selling experience advantageous but not essential
