About the Role
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Care Support Workers to join our growing team.
You’ll be responsible for providing person-centred care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring comfort, safety, and wellbeing.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living.
- Supporting with light household duties and meal preparation.
- Offering companionship and social engagement.
- Following individualised care plans.
- Promoting independence and dignity at all times.
Experience & Qualifications
- QQI Level 5 Healthcare Support qualification (preferred).
- Must include Care of the Older Person and Care Skills modules.
- Applicants currently enrolled in QQI Level 5 will also be considered.
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for most roles).
- 1 year of care experience preferred, but not essential.
- Manual Handling training (preferred; can be arranged during induction).
- Must complete Garda Vetting and provide satisfactory references.
