What we require from our applicants:

At least 4 years experience in a busy Kitchen with high volume covers

The ability to engage well with team members to provide a consistently high standard of food
- A high level of HACCP knowledge - Level 2 qualification in Food Safety
- The ability to adapt to change and work well under pressure

Outgoing and friendly personality

Have a professional image at all times in line with the Kitchen and Hotel standards

Be flexible with working hours (must be available for weekends and early starts)
