Overview:
We are seeking a high-energy, motivated, and creative Change Manager with strong HR systems experience to support a large-scale HRIS transformation programme, centred on the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving organisational change across a global HR transformation, ensuring the successful adoption of new HR processes, systems, and governance frameworks.
Working alongside a combination of junior and senior change professionals, you will lead the delivery of change management across a complex HRIS transformation. You will partner with programme leadership, HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and business stakeholders to prepare the organisation for change, embed new ways of working, and ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption.
The change programme spans multiple business areas, including corporate functions, retail operations, shared services, and third-party partners.
Responsibilities:
- Lead organisational change management for the SuccessFactors HRIS implementation

Develop and execute the change strategy aligned to programme milestones and deployment phases

Conduct change impact assessments and define business readiness criteria across regions, functions, and user groups

Drive stakeholder engagement across HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, Compliance, and business leadership teams

Develop and deliver targeted communications, including executive briefings, deployment updates, and FAQs

Design and deliver training and enablement programmes, including:

Role-based training
-
eLearning modules
-
User guides and job aids
-
Train-the-trainer sessions
-
Support cutover, go-live readiness, and post-go-live hypercare

Identify and manage adoption risks, resistance, and business concerns, implementing mitigation strategies

Monitor adoption, training completion, and readiness KPIs, providing regular reporting and insights

Ensure smooth adoption of HR processes, including:

Employee lifecycle management

Performance and talent processes
-
Payroll integrations
-
Data governance and compliance
-
Contribute to programme governance, including RAID logs, status reporting, and stakeholder updates
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree or equivalent work experience
Desirable:

Additional certification in Change Management (e.g. APMG, Prosci/ADKAR)

Desired skills:
- Certification in Change Management (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR, APMG)

Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field

Experience working in global, matrixed organisations

Exposure to HR data governance, GDPR, or compliance frameworks
Experience:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience

5+ years’ experience in Change Management, HR Transformation, or HRIS programmes

Proven experience supporting SuccessFactors or similar HR system implementations (e.g. Workday, Oracle HCM)

Experience delivering change across multiple projects or medium-to-large programmes

Strong understanding of HR processes, including core HR, talent, performance, and employee lifecycle

Experience across the full project lifecycle (design through deployment and hypercare)
