Service Advisor

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Aftersales team.
The Role
As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers attending our service department. You will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service while coordinating vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance with our workshop team.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and discussing their servicing and repair requirements.
- Booking vehicles into the workshop and preparing job cards.
- Maintaining regular communication with customers regarding the progress of their vehicle.
- Providing estimates and obtaining customer approval for additional work.
- Liaising with technicians and the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Processing invoices and handling service-related administration.
- Ensuring all customer interactions reflect the high standards of Trinity Motor Group.
- Supporting the achievement of departmental customer satisfaction and performance targets.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in a customer service, service advisor or automotive environment is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, positive and customer-focused approach.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Full clean driving licence preferred.

Pay: €30,500.00-€35,000.00 per year
