Position: Food & Beverage Assistant

Reports to: Bar Manager / Manager on Duty

At Crown Quarter, we’re all about great food, great drinks, and even greater people. We’re currently looking for an experienced Food & Beverage Assistant to bring energy, care, and personality to our vibrant team. If you love looking after people, thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere, and are always striving to do better, this could be the perfect fit.

Key Responsibilities:

No two days are the same, but your role will include:

Taking food and beverage orders and communicating them clearly with the bar and kitchen
Delivering friendly, attentive service and making every guest feel welcome
Keeping the bar and service areas clean, organised, and running smoothly
Knowing the menu inside-out and confidently helping guests with recommendations
Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive, can-do team environment
Assisting with set-up and close-down of service

What We’re Looking For

You’ll thrive here if you have:

Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role (essential)
A confident, outgoing, and friendly personality
Excellent attention to detail and high service standards
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
A passion for customer care and creating memorable guest experiences
Flexibility to work weekends and late nights
