About the Role
Rayco Group is expanding rapidly with new residential housing estates and modular home projects across the Wexford region. We are now hiring a Qualified Electrician to join our growing team to complete first fix, second fix, testing, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance across our developments.
This is a long-term role with consistent work, strong career progression, and exposure to both traditional and modular construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out first fix and second fix electrical works on new builds and modular units.
- Install consumer units, lighting, sockets, heating controls, and EV chargers as required.
- Perform testing & inspection (ETCI/IS10101 compliance).
- Work closely with the Site Foreman and Project Manager.
- Ensure safe, compliant, high-quality electrical installations.
- Troubleshoot, maintain and repair electrical systems.
- Complete certs and documentation accurately.
- Liaise with ESB Networks when required.
- Maintain tidy, compliant works across all sites.
Requirements
- Fully qualified electrician with recognised Irish or European qualification.
- Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling.
- Experience in new housing developments or modular construction preferred.
- Strong knowledge of IS10101 and Irish regulations.
- Ability to read drawings and work independently.
- Full driving licence.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Package & Benefits

- Salary: €52,000 – €62,000 DOE
- Company van + fuel card (optional depending on experience)
