Responsibilities

Produce high-quality 3D models using Autodesk Revit and the production of 2D documentation
Manage and co-ordinate multidisciplinary models (clash detection and spatial coordination) and represent Malone O’Regan at BIM coordination meetings
Act as an Appointed Party for projects, as described in I.S. EN ISO 19650
Apply BIM company standards and implement I.S. EN ISO 19650
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to deliver challenging, large-scale projects efficiently
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior BIM/Revit staff
Consultant Liaison – Act as a key contact with Architects, engineers and contractors

Key Qualifications, Skills and Experience

Diploma or Degree in Civil / Structural Engineering, Architectural Technology or a related field
Advanced skills in Revit and AutoCAD are essential
Experience in producing high quality renders using Autodesk Revit, including lighting, material textures and high-resolution output
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and building standards.
Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills
A good team player
Knowledge and experience using Common Data Environments
Efficient time management and committed to project deadlines
Minimum 8 years’ experience in a similar role
Irish / UK experience is a distinct advantage
