About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join Creative Concrete and support our growing commercial operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within the construction industry, working closely with our sales and production teams to deliver high-quality, bespoke concrete solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales team, including answering emails and phone calls, addressing customer queries, and preparing quotations, tenders, and project documentation.
Process customer orders and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
Act as a key point of contact for client enquiries, delivering a professional and responsive service.
Maintain and update customer records and pricing information.
Liaise with internal teams, including production and site operations.
Assist in tracking sales performance and preparing reports for management.
Support the coordination of project timelines, deliveries, and client communications.
Contribute to maintaining strong client relationships through efficient and reliable support.

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a sales administration or office support role (construction industry experience is an advantage).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook; experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
