Full job description

We are looking for a dynamic, reliable and skilled Corporate Chef / Cook to join our onsite Restaurant team.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for preparing and serving nutritious meals to inhouse corporate staff and visitors.

This is a daytime role, Monday to Friday of approximately 35 hours per week.

A standard week is generally 8am to 3pm. There may be occasional corporate functions or events outside of these hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing Daily Menus
Cooking meals on schedule
Managing inventory of food supplies
Ensuring full compliance with HACCP and Health & Safety Regulations

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Excellent knowledge of Food Hygiene and HACCP practices
Highly competent in both Irish and European Cuisine
Strong Customer service and communication
Must be friendly, reliable and customer focused
Flexible and adaptable

Salary Negotiable

Pay: From €16.00 per hour
