Full job description

Keegan Group comprises Keegan Precast Ltd, Keegan Quarries Ltd, and Keegan Calcium Carbonate Ltd. We are a well-established and leading supplier of high-quality construction products within Ireland and the UK.

We are looking to expand our team at our Head Office in Trammon, Rathmolyon, Co. Meath, and are seeking an professional with the ambition to learn and develop within the company.

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow and develop within an established company where training and development are provided.

Role:

The successful candidate will demonstrate high attention to detail, good numerical ability, and an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including MS Excel.

This role is a key support position to the Office Manager. Punctuality and regular attendance are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing creditor invoices
Processing creditor payments
Dealing with creditor queries
Opening new supplier accounts
Monthly supplier reconciliations

Skills:

Previous experience of 1+ years
Self-starter
Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
Computer literate with good Excel skills
Excellent written and verbal English
Experience with Herbst would be an advantage but is not essential

Desirable Skills:

A positive attitude and the ability to represent the company with the utmost professionalism
