We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Foreman to oversee day-to-day operations on active construction projects in Roscommon. The successful candidate will supervise site teams, ensure work is completed safely and efficiently, and maintain high construction standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily site activities and coordinate subcontractors and trades
- Ensure all work is completed on schedule and to specification
- Monitor health & safety compliance across the site
- Liaise with project managers, suppliers, and site workers
- Organise materials, equipment, and workforce requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Site Foreman in construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid Safe Pass and relevant site certifications
- Good knowledge of construction methods and safety regulations
- Ability to manage teams and meet project deadlines
