Full job description

Niaron Ltd , a well-established contractor delivering ESB and utilities infrastructure projects, is currently seeking an experienced Construction/Project Manager to join their team on an ongoing programme of works in Munster region.

This is a site-based role, overseeing ESB-related works across multiple locations within the county. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and in line with ESB standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Managing day-to-day site operations across ESB and utilities projects.
Coordinating site managers, site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
Ensuring compliance with ESB standards, permits, RAMS and health & safety requirements
Liaising with ESB representatives and internal project stakeholders.
Monitoring programme progress and reporting to senior management
Ensuring quality standards are met and works are delivered to specification
Maintaining accurate site records and documentation

Required

A relevant Irish construction or engineering qualification is an advantage but not essential.
A minimum of 2 years' experience working on ESB or utilities projects.
Proven experience in a Site Management role within civils or utilities.
Strong knowledge of ESB safety systems and compliance requirements.
Experience managing live construction environments and subcontractor teams.
A full driving licence.

Salary €60,000 - €80,000 DOE
